Implants
Dental implants provide an alternative to dentures and conventional bridgework. They are used to replace missing teeth leaving adjacent healthy teeth unaffected. A cylinder of titanium is placed in the position of the lost tooth root. The implant will then support a new crown, be linked to other implants to replace multiple teeth, or provide extra stability for a denture.
In complex cases, a sinus lift, or a bone graft may be required. We are highly experienced and respected providers of this treatment. Implants are considered a lifelong dental treatment; however, it does require regular examinations and a high standard of dental hygiene at home. A dental implant can be placed immediately following extraction, or many years after following assessment of bone levels.
