Root Canal

When a tooth has damage too deep into the tooth either through decay or trauma, or has developed an abscess, our clinicians may advise a Root Canal Treatment for you to keep your tooth. The process involves removing any diseased tissue and placing a natural rubber into the root to be able to keep your tooth. Once the root canal treatment has been finalised, the tooth is likely to become brittle and so a crown would also be advised to help support the tooth structure and reduce the risk of the tooth fracturing.
